Can multiple agents log in to Zendesk and operate at the same time within the same account?

Answer

Zendesk is designed to allow one agent to work with one account. Moreover, the use of one purchased agent login by more than one individual is against Zendesk's Main Services Agreement. For this reason, each agent needs separate login credentials to work simultaneously.
