Question
How do I attach a PDF file to an article?
Answer
To attach a PDF file to an article, click Article settings in the article editor, then click Upload attachment on the lower right side of the editor.
The file size limit is 20 MB. To remove an attachment, hover your mouse pointer over the attachment and click the X icon.

How do i get the document attached (.doc or .pdf) to display in the browser? Right now, users are required to download the document and save it on their computer in order to view the documents.

Is it possible to increase the limit of the attachment in the article?
Can you advise anything, please?
I too, would like to display attached documents, such as .pdf and .docx, in the browser. Not having to reformat the content after pasting the content would save so much time.
Hi Allan Vieira,
Thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately there currently isn't a way to display documents such as .pdf or .docx directly in an article. One work around to this in limited cases could be using an online tool to convert the file to .jpg and then insert the .jpg as an inline image attachment.
If you'd like this feature to be considered for future iterations, I'd encourage you to create a post in our feedback section where our product teams will have visibility and other users will be able to upvote accordingly.
