Cannot find anything on how to change a user? Someone leaves, they get replaced, how we handling that?

Hi Mohammad,
 
If I understand your question, if someone (a Sell agent) leaves your company and got replaced by a new employee, how would you handle that? If so, you can always update the user profile used by the old agent and replace it with new agent by following the steps outlined here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408821698714-Editing-a-user-profile-in-Sell-
 
Furthermore, you can always check for any pending task of the an old agent before downgrading or changing profile info.
