I set up the Zendesk Support for Shopify integration, but when a customer responds to a confirmation email sent from Shopify, the response doesn't become a ticket. How do I make responses from customers in Shopify become tickets in Zendesk Support?

If you want to receive responses from customers in your Shopify account, from the email account you receive Shopify responses, set up an email forwarding rule to forward messages to the email address associated with the Zendesk account.
