How do I change the email address integrated with Sell? Should I disconnect my email integration in my email settings?
All Sell users can integrate a work email address in their email settings. Incoming and outgoing emails from that account will sync with your Sell account and be displayed on matching leads, contacts, and deals.
Follow the steps in this article if you need to update the email address integrated with your account, or if your current email integration settings have changed. You will need to disconnect the integration completely and connect to a new account.
To update your email integration
- Navigate to your Settings > Communication Channels > Email.
- Under the Connection tab, you should see your currently integrated email address. The Status should be Connected.
- Click Disconnect Email Account.
- On the pop-up warning message click Disconnect.
Refresh your page or log back into your account to allow the email integration to reset and for emails to be removed before connecting a new email address.
To change the email address that receives notifications or that you use to log into your account, don't disconnect your email integration. Update your profile email address following the steps in the article: How do I change my Sell notification email address?
My colleague Jon Wilson - sales person - at K-Laser UK (VBS Medical) when using his email system and adding notes to Zen for his accounts are visible on his computer
BUT when I or other people look on Zen desk NONE of his notes or emails are visible to us, despite being an admin for the whole account.
