I updated the subscription in my production account. How do I sync my sandbox to match products and add-ons?
Answer
The subscription on your sandbox matches the subscription you had on your production account when you first created the sandbox. If you update your subscription, it won't automatically sync over to your sandbox. To sync your subscription, select Sync products and add-ons from the expansion menu of your sandbox.

Can we push what was created in the sandbox to the production side?
Or do I have to create everything from scratch to the live instance?

Once you're satisfied with the changes you've made in your sandbox, you must reproduce them manually in the production instance. If you need to configure additional syncing from production to your sandbox, you can do so using our REST API. For more information, see Testing changes in your standard sandbox

Ok so does this mean you provide no ability to migrate from sandbox to production? You cant export then import or even?

Please note that, unfortunately, it is not possible to migrate the sandbox into the production instance.
