Issue symptoms

I’ve just tried processing payment for my account and received the error: A transaction error occurred. Your credit card has not been charged.

Resolution steps

There are a couple of things you can do to try to solve this issue:

  • Clear the cache of your browser and make the payment again.
  • Make sure the cardholder field is filled in with the first and last name of the card owner.
  • If you are in the USA, the Postal Code contains only the first five digits, and State is required.
  • If the issue persists, call the credit card provider.
