How can I find the tickets assigned to me in Zendesk Support?
By default, the view Your unsolved tickets shows you all the non-solved tickets that are assigned to you. For more information, see the article: Accessing your views of tickets.
To see all the tickets assigned to an agent regardless of the ticket status, use the information under the user profile page. For details on how to view the profile page, see the article: Viewing your assigned, requested, and CC tickets in your Support profile.
