The Zendesk Apps framework’s Support API currently has an unsupported/undocumented property within the ticket object, called ticket.conversations, that we will be deprecating on July 1st, 2020. It is an exact replica of the existing ticket.comments property which you should be leveraging instead.
Please share this information with your developers and any third-party apps that may be using the ticket.conversations property. If you have any questions, please sign in to Zendesk Support and submit a ticket.

Hi Team,
I have tried using the ticket.comments to read the messages, but I am unable to get messages.
when I am using "ticket.conversation.changed" the messages content is null.
please let us know how to do it, it is breaking our existing functionality of our published App
