Why are my reports cut off or missing at the bottom of my exported or scheduled Explore dashboard PDFs and images?

Answer

When you edit a dashboard tab, you can move reports and other widgets below the set tab height.

Note: In the example above, the darker area at the bottom is outside the tab area. This background color can be different on your dashboard tab and is determined by the dashboard background color setting at Dashboard > Background color.

If an object sits outside the tab area, exported or scheduled dashboard PDFs and images do not include it.

Place all objects within the tab area, or increase the tab height to include them.

To update the dashboard tab height:

1. In your Explore dashboard tab, click Tab options in the Dashboard menu.
   
   
2. Select the Tab height icon
3. Enter a new tab height in pixels. The tab height updates when you enter a value.
   
   
4. Confirm the updated tab height includes all required dashboard objects. If not, update the height and check again.
5. Export or schedule the dashboard again to verify the PDF or image includes all tab content
