Creating a smart list enables you to filter, sort, and export your data into a customizable report from Zendesk Sell.
Smart list exports are not available on the Team Plan. If you are on any other plan and can't see the export feature, it might not be enabled for all users (see Exporting data from Zendesk Sell).

Why are the first and last names concatenated in the smart list CSV export? This creates a tremendous amount of extra work to separate the first and last names after the export. I literally cannot think of a single instance where I would want the first and last names concatenated, rather than in their own separate columns.
I understand how practical it can be if the exported data is not concatenated. I'll mark this as a feedback so that it can be reviewed. I'd recommend creating a Community post separately for that with your use case to help get more visibility and votes on the idea. Then, others can share their use cases to further drive demand for that feature.
