Hi Ania!

Thank you for messaging us. The screenshot in the article is only visible for the account owner and admins of the account. For the end-user - they will need to directly type the URL of your brand to get there.

Hi Ania!

Great! If you are an admin you can definitely see this inside your Guide settings if you are testing it. However, just like you mentioned the end-user will never see this as this is intended only for admins when testing the help center.

Hi, could someone assist with the following issues:

  1. In the Guide section, it’s still showing the initial brand name I had set. What steps should I take to update the Guide to display the current brand name?
  2. Additionally, I have multiple triggers in place. I’d like to utilise one of these triggers without duplicating it. The message will remain the same; however, the Help Center URL must vary based on the brand associated with the user’s submitted ticket. I’m unable to locate a placeholder that dynamically links to the Help Center URL corresponding to the brand of the ticket. Does such a placeholder exist, or do I need to set up a separate trigger with modified conditions to ensure the correct Help Center URL is provided based on the associated ‘Brand’ of the ticket?
