If you have Help Centers for multiple brands, you can easily switch from one Help Center to another.
To view a branded Help Center
- In one of your Help Centers, click the brand drop-down in the top menu
bar and select another brand.
If necessary, from Support, first click Zendesk Products (
) in the upper right and select
Guide to open Help Center.This option is only available if you have set up multiple brands.
