How can I sort my tickets in Zendesk Support?

Answer

Create a view to organize your tickets. To learn more about views, watch this video:

To create a view:

  1. Go to Admin Center > Workspaces > Agent tools > Views
  2. Select Add view
  3. At the top of the page, enter a name for the view
  4. Enter a Description for your view
  5. Under Tickets must meet all of these conditions to appear in the view or Tickets can meet any of these conditions to appear in the view, add conditions to filter the tickets
  6. Under Group by, select how to group the tickets
  7. Under Order by, select the sort order
  8. Click Save
