How can I sort my tickets in Zendesk?
Answer
You can create a view to organize your tickets.
To create a view
- Go to Admin Center > Workspaces > Agent tools > Views.
- Select Add view.
- At the top of the page, enter a name for the view.
- Enter a Description for your view.
- Under Tickets must meet all of these conditions to appear in the view or Tickets can meet any of these conditions to appear in the view, add any condition in order to filter your tickets.
- Under Group by, select how you can group your tickets.
- Under Order by, select the order in which you want your tickets to be ordered by.
- Click Save.
