I accidentally canceled Zendesk Sell, can I recover my account?

All cancelations are permanent in Zendesk Sell and cannot be reverted by users. For more information, see the Zendesk Service Data Deletion Policy.

If you recently canceled your account, have an admin contact Zendesk Customer Support with a request to see what data can be recovered and if the account can be reopened.
