You can insert images into the email messages that you send from Sell. The images must be hosted on a public site and you insert the URL links to them into your email messages.
To insert an image into an email message
- Upload the images that you want to insert into your email message to a public site such as your company website or an image hosting service (if they aren’t already available).
- From a lead, contact, or deal card, select the Send an Email tab.
- Click the Image icon in the toolbar.
- Enter the image URL, then click Insert.

This feature is quite limiting. The inability to re-size the images on email templates is a problem. Hope you can fix that.

This is incredibly painful and unreliable. Can you give us an ETA for letting us insert images in the email editor?

I finally found a way by accident!
Just insert your graphic into a google doc and size it as you wish. Then copy it to your clipboard and then paster into the Zendesk Sell template or letter. Works fine.

@Henri Schauffler What a legend indeed! Thank you for this hack!
That being said, @Zendesk, you need to make a much smarter solution for this. It cannot be that your users have to do paste images into Sell emails like this.
