Is it possible to hide tooltips for null values?

Hi @..., unfortunately, that's not possible at this time as well. But you can always change the text in the datatip to change the way it would be displayed :)

I also recommend posting on our feedback forum https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/360001200913

    Thank you!

    Hi Team!

I've been trying to get my data tip to show percent values, but it won't display in the correct format. I have set my metric's display format to percentage but it will always show as "1" instead of the scaled value.

    Thank you!

Hi Simon, I've gone ahead and created a ticket on your behalf so we can investigate what might be happening here. I'll be in touch with you very shortly in that ticket to continue troubleshooting! Thanks.

Hello, is it possible to display both the % and the total number on the same chart? For example, in this report, I've chosen to display the result in % (Result manipulation> Result path calculation > Pattern % of total). Ideally, I'd like the Datatips to show the total number of tickets for each bar to have an idea of both the % over the total (displayed value) and the plain number for each bar (in the datatips). Is that possible? Thanks!

    Hi Olivia,

Did some testing here and it looks like there's no native way to do this. A couple of workaround to achieve this would be by creating a new metric that is similar to the one that you are using (you can duplicate your metric for this). Once you have 2 copies of the same metric, add them both to your query and you'll have a chart that has 2 columns/bars. You can then set one of them to be in percentage and the other to show the actual value.

This might look a bit awkward using Columns/Bar graph, so as an alternative, you may want to switch to Table view:

Thanks Giuseppe for checking and providing a workaround! Have a nice day!

Hi, is it possible to add an attribute to a my datatips which is not an element in my report? I see the instructions on how to add a hidden metric, but not an attribute.

    Thanks.

    Hello Joey,

You can only choose from the attributes that you have used in your report.
