I get email delivery failures for jira_integration_XXXXXX@jira.zendesk-integrations.com. How do I stop this?

This email address is not set up to receive email. If you set a dedicated integration user for your Jira integration, Zendesk creates a verified admin user in your account with an email address (jira_integration_XXXXXX@jira.zendesk-integrations.com). This address is not a valid inbox. Messages sent to it cause email delivery failures.
To avoid email delivery failures:
- Look for business rules (triggers or automations) that send agent email notifications and ensure the dedicated Jira admin user does not receive those notifications
- Remove this user from groups that receive email notifications
