I built a report in Zendesk Explore using the knowledge base dataset to report on article views. My articles were published a long time ago, yet I can't see any data before December 2020. Why is that?
The knowledge base dataset shows page view data from December 15, 2020, onwards. It is not possible to attain historic page view data before this date because this feature was not available until then.
