Why aren't there any dashboards available in Zendesk Explore?
Answer
If your Explore user role is a Viewer, you can access and view only dashboards that were shared with you.
There are no dashboards displayed in Explore for you at the moment because no dashboards were shared with you or one of your groups. Reach out to an admin of your account to share the dashboards with you or to upgrade your Explore role.
