With the Sell mobile app you can create deals on the go. Managing your deals directly from your mobile enables you to capture activities in real-time, providing you data insights such as the duration of a stage in a deal and conversion rates.

Converting a lead into a deal
If you have reached the next stage with your lead and you want to start a pipeline, you can covert your lead into a deal.
To convert a lead
- Click Leads, then click to open the specific lead you want to convert.
- Click Convert Lead.
- Toggle the the Create a Deal from Lead field to "on".
- Enter a name for the deal and choose the pipeline.
- Click the Tick icon () to convert.
Adding an existing contact to a deal
You can add a deal to the page of a contact.
To add a deal to a contact
- Click Contacts.
- Click the contact that you want to add to the deal.
- Click Deals, then click the Add icon (+).
- Enter the name of the deal, the value, and any other information.
- Click the Tick icon () to save.
Creating a deal from the Today dashboard
You can create a deal directly from your dashboard (the Today page).
To create a deal
- Click the Today tab.
- Click the Add icon (+).
Moving a deal through stages
Using the Sell mobile app for Android, you can move a deal through the various stages of your sales pipeline.
To move a deal through the pipeline stages
- Click Deals, and click the deal you want to move to the next stage.
- Click the Info tab.
- Click on your Current Stage to open the dropdown menu.
- Click the next stage in the menu to change to a different stage.
Adding and removing associated contacts to a deal
You can easily add contacts to a deal from the Deals page.
To add a contact to a deal
- Click Deals.
- On the Deals page, click Contacts.
- Click the Add icon (+).
- In the Search field, find the contact you want to add to the deal.
- Click on the contact name.
To remove an associated contact from the deal
- Click Contacts.
- To the right of the contact, click the Remove icon (X).
