Creating and managing deals with Android

With the Sell mobile app you can create deals on the go. Managing your deals directly from your mobile enables you to capture activities in real-time, providing you data insights such as the duration of a stage in a deal and conversion rates.

Converting a lead into a deal

If you have reached the next stage with your lead and you want to start a pipeline, you can covert your lead into a deal.

To convert a lead

1. Click Leads, then click to open the specific lead you want to convert.
2. Click Convert Lead.
3. Toggle the the Create a Deal from Lead field to "on".
4. Enter a name for the deal and choose the pipeline.
5. Click the Tick icon () to convert.

Adding an existing contact to a deal

You can add a deal to the page of a contact.

To add a deal to a contact

1. Click Contacts.
2. Click the contact that you want to add to the deal.
3. Click Deals, then click the Add icon (+).
4. Enter the name of the deal, the value, and any other information.
5. Click the Tick icon () to save.

Creating a deal from the Today dashboard

You can create a deal directly from your dashboard (the Today page).

To create a deal

1. Click the Today tab.
2. Click the Add icon (+).

Moving a deal through stages

Using the Sell mobile app for Android, you can move a deal through the various stages of your sales pipeline.

To move a deal through the pipeline stages

1. Click Deals, and click the deal you want to move to the next stage.
2. Click the Info tab.
3. Click on your Current Stage to open the dropdown menu.
4. Click the next stage in the menu to change to a different stage.

Adding and removing associated contacts to a deal

You can easily add contacts to a deal from the Deals page.

To add a contact to a deal

1. Click Deals.
2. On the Deals page, click Contacts.
3. Click the Add icon (+).
4. In the Search field, find the contact you want to add to the deal.
5. Click on the contact name.

To remove an associated contact from the deal

1. Click Contacts.
2. To the right of the contact, click the Remove icon (X).
