Can I upgrade a single user to a feature or plan?

Is it possible to upgrade the plan or features for the owner only and not the agents? 

Answer

No, this is not possible. Plan upgrades and downgrades apply to the whole account. While the owner has access to more settings than an agent, this is not related to a plan discrepancy.
