How do I remove the Zendesk logo? Can this branding be removed?
Answer
Note: The ability to remove branding is not available on all plan levels and features.
The Zendesk branding is placed across the products and features by default, such as in Zendesk Guide, messaging Web Widget, and Web Widget (Classic). Customization to remove branding is available depending on your plan level.If you're on the Suite Enterprise plan, you can hide the Zendesk logo from the messaging Web Widget. You can hide the Zendesk logo from the Web Widget (Classic) and from Guide on any plan level.

We pay enough for your Professional software each year to not be forced to advertise your company on our website. Upgrading to Enterprise is almost twice as much and only offers Sunshine in addition to what's already provided in Professional. Sunshine is not something we're interested in. This is shameful.

To remove the Zendesk logo from the Web Widget (Classic) you can toggle off the options within the widget settings, under the Customization tab. See the image below:
