The Stage Distribution report shows you at what pipeline stage your active deals are in. This gives you an overview of, for example, how many deals are in the Closure stage and what the percentage of those deals are to your total number of active deals. To view the Stage Distribution report
- From the Reports page, select Pipeline Analysis > Stage Distribution.
The graph view of this report provides a visual representation of the pipeline stages that your active deals are in within a given time period. Hovering over each graph segment shows you the total number of deals that are in that stage and also the percentage of those deals compared to the total number of deals.
When you switch to the table view of this report, you’ll see the same data in a table format.
You can define a different time period and also add filters to view deal outcomes (Active, Won, Unqualified, and Lost) and by ownership (teams, groups, or specific users). You can also filter by tags.
