The Forecasted Sales by Source report shows you the sources of your forecasted sales within a given time period. For example, how many deals came in through your website, a referral, sales prospecting, and so on. For more information about sales forecasting, see Sales forecasting your deals.
To view the Forecasted Sales by Source report
- From the Reports page, select Sales Performance > Forecasted Sales by Source.
There are two views of this report: the graph view and the table view.
The graph view provides a visual representation of your forecasted sales by source within a given time period (the default time period is the current month). Hovering over each graph segment shows you the total values of the deals for each source and the percentage of those deal values to the team’s total.
When you switch to the table view of this report, you’ll see the same data in a table format.
You can define a different time period and also add filters to view only teams, groups, or specific users. You can also filter by tags.
