Zendesk Customer Success is your champion and strategic advisor to ensure you derive value with your Messaging initiative. When it comes to exploring creative or complex solutions or resolving new challenges, our team will bring in the necessary experts to provide an effective partnership.

Eligibility: 

This level of partnership is available with an Enterprise Sunshine Conversations subscription.

Expected Milestones: 

• Kickoff and Onboarding:

• We’ll aim to understand your initial motivations and goals for Conversations/Messaging and how it fits in your greater company objectives

• Solution Validation:

• Ensure that what was purchased and implemented is working as expected

• Optimization:

• Tips & Best Practices
• Solution evolution
• Roadmap review
• Business review
• Product feedback & collaboration
• Account Management: 
• Usage review
• Contract review

Engagement Cadence

The expected frequency of Success engagements is Bi-weekly to Quarterly dependent on your discretion and/or circumstance.
