    How are you defining the Click Through Rate metric?  Can that be added to the top of the article, as per the Suggestion Rate, please?

    Click-through rate is defined as The percentage of answers clicked by end users from the total answers offered by Answer Bot (see Metrics and attributes for Zendesk Answer Bot)
