Is it possible for customers to provide a satisfaction rating through Zendesk Talk?
Answer
No, it is not possible for end-users to leave a satisfaction rating over the phone in Zendesk Talk.
Depending on your plan type, you can provide the customer with the customer satisfaction survey in a follow-up ticket.

I have a trigger setup to text a sat survey to all callers. However, if customer is using a landline, the text fails. Consequentially, the ticket cannot be solved. Any solution to this?
