How can I add the SLA breach countdown in my views?

I want to add the badge that countdowns the time until the next SLA breach onto my views. How can I include this badge?

Answer

This badge can be added as a column from the formatting options within your view edit page.

To add the column to your view

1. In Admin Center, go to Workspaces > Agent tools > Views. Select your view from the list to open the edit view page
   
2. In the Formatting options section, click Add column and select SLA
3. Drag and position the SLA within the list
4. Save the changes
