Question
I want to add the badge that countdowns the time until the next SLA breach onto my views. How can I include this badge?
Answer
This badge can be added as a column from the formatting options within your view edit page.
To add the column to your view
- In Admin Center, go to Workspaces > Agent tools > Views. Select your view from the list to open the edit view page
- In the Formatting options section, click Add column and select SLA
- Drag and position the SLA within the list
- Save the changes

Hi,
I want to add 'Next SLA Breach' to my views but when I click 'Add Column', it doesn't appear in the drop-down list. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks
Ash

The Next SLA Breach was changed to SLA or Group SLA for ticket views. You can view the SLA target status in the SLA and Group SLA view columns. You can check this article for details Seeing SLA statuses in views.
I'll flag this article for updates to avoid confusion.

Are there any plans to have a "combined" SLA column for views kind of like the SLA we see when in the ticket editor itself? Currently as we have our views sorted on SLA, and Group SLA is useless as that would require a separate column, and we can't sort by both at the same time. When viewing a ticket, we always see the nearest SLA breach when there are both Group SLAs and Response SLAs applied.
