Where can I view my Sell subscription invoices? Where can I view my voice and text charges?
Answer
At the end of the billing cycle, subscription invoices are emailed to the Zendesk Sell account owner.
Admins can view and download recent invoices at any time. For detailed instructions, see this section: Updating billing information and viewing invoices.
Important: All voice and text charges are listed separately and can be found in your Settings > Communication Channels > Voice and Text > Logs and Billing > Call Log. If your Sell account is connected to the Zendesk platform, your invoices can be found in your account settings.
Click the Invoice number to view a downloadable and printable copy.
