Where can I find and download the most recent Support account invoices?

Answer

Only account owners and billing admins can download invoices. To download a copy of your invoice:

  1. Click the Zendesk Products icon () in the top bar, select Admin Center.
  2. Navigate to Account > Billing > Invoices.

Note: If the account is canceled, the account owner must submit a request to Zendesk Customer Support.
