How do I find out who the Support account owner is? Follow

    I have a new trail instance, and the image provided looks outdated, esp. regarding the display of the role.

    Under the profile image, it will simply say

    • Owner
    • Admin
    • Agent

    I'm not sure what your question is, but it sounds like it's possible that you're having some issues with billing. If so, please, as we cannot help with billing or payment issues in the community.
