    I have a new trail instance, and the image provided looks outdated, esp. regarding the display of the role.

    Under the profile image, it will simply say

    • Owner
    • Admin
    • Agent

    I'm not sure what your question is, but it sounds like it's possible that you're having some issues with billing. If so, please emailsupport@zendesk.com, as we cannot help with billing or payment issues in the community.
