The Deal Loss Reasons report provides you with a quick view of the lost deals that were assigned a loss reason when they were changed to the Loss pipeline stage (see Creating and using deal loss reasons).
To view the Deal Loss Reasons report
- From the Reports page, select Sales Performance > Deal Loss Reasons.
The graph view of this report provides a visual representation of the deal loss reasons within a given time period (the default time period is the current month). Hovering over each graph segment shows you the total number of lost deals that were flagged with the loss reason and also the percentage of those lost deals compared to the total number of lost deals.
When you switch to the table view of this report, you’ll see the same data in a table format.
You can define a different time period and also add filters to view only teams, groups, or specific users. You can also filter by tags.
