How can I remove via zendesk.com from appearing next to my support address? Why does the warning SPF does not include Zendesk Support also appear?
This message displays because the account does not have domain verification set up. Add an SPF or DKIM record to your support address which will remove the via zendesk.com from email messages. Zendesk recommends setting up both, as different email providers and servers have different requirements.
