How to remove "Delivered by Zendesk" from emails

How can I remove the line This email is a service from YourZendeskName. Delivered by Zendesk from the emails sent from my Zendesk account?

Answer

In Admin Center, click the Channels icon () in the sidebar. Open Talk and email > Email and navigate to Email Templates > HTML template:

• To delete the line Delivered by Zendesk remove the placeholder {{footer_link}}
• To delete the line This email is a service from YourZendeskName remove the placeholder {{footer}}

You can remove the placeholder from the template and add your own text right there in its place, however, you cannot modify the existing placeholder. If you remove it, just add the text you want to appear in the section of the message. You can also style the HTML as needed.

Note: {{footer}} also display ticket properties such as status and requester in emails sent to agents, these properties are never displayed to end users.
