I created many personal views. However, some views are missing when I go to the Views icon. Is it possible to show all personal views on the page?
Answer
You can display 10 personal views and 100 shared views. If you hit the limit with your personal views, work with your administrator to create shared views for you and other agents.

Hi Flic,
I am still only able to have the 12 views that you get from groups. I'm not counting "shared-" or "Your views". I'm keeping in mind that we are on a Legacy plan but on the "New agent workspace"

The rollout has been temporarily paused, but it was already resumed so you will see the increased number of views in your account by October 10th. Kindly check your account by then and let us know if the number of Views is still not updated on your end after this date.

My team and I have noticed the same thing the past 2 days. We are seeing more then the limited 12 views. ZD what are the options now/what is the limit? and how can you set a limit?

On Enterprise plans and above, admins can control or limit agent access to views and views filtering with two new permissions. The new permissions, Reduce view count and Access view filtering, can be added to custom roles.
For all other plans, the Views panel will automatically display 30 shared views and 10 personal views in collapsable sections.

Does anyone here know, if there are plans for the option to nest views into "folders"
I think it is wonderful that regular agents can now see up to 30 views on the general views tab in ZD - however being able to organize them into "folders/catgeories" like we can in the Lovely Views App would make this even better. I'd assume this can't be too complicated to implement ? Would be great for us to know if this is on the roadmap anytime soon.

I don't believe we have this on our roadmap but this sure is a great feature I have found a similar request

You can up-vote that original post and add your detailed use-case to the conversation. Threads with a high level of engagement ultimately get flagged for product managers to review when they go through roadmap planning.
