Can I schedule a future cancellation date for my account?

    Hello, we have requested a cancellation of our Zendesk account well before the 30 days cancellation period by informing Zendesk support as the cancellation within the system seems tricky because it shut down all functions immediately. However we want to use our paid service until the date of the cancellation. Unfortunately I have NOT received a cancellation confirmation and the confirmation that our account is active with all functions till this cancellation date. Please provide me those confirmations immediately. Thanks, Petra
