Zendesk will perform critical maintenance which will impact performance for customers on all Pods on November 7, 2020, during the times listed below. The impact will be limited to agents with an admin role who attempt to change Account and Subscription settings across multiple products during a 60-90 second period.

Customers Affected: Zendesk Support, Guide, and Chat customers on all Pods will experience a brief service disruption of 60-90 seconds at some time within the 30-minute maintenance window.
Affected products: Support, Guide and Chat.
Expected behavior: Admins will not be able to update Account settings in Support and Subscription details across other products. Attempted updates will result in green error screens preventing those settings from being saved for a period of 60-90 seconds. All backend processes will continue to run as normal.
Why we're doing this: The Zendesk Database Administration team is upgrading a database node for increased reliability and performance.
