Does Zendesk allow S/MIME emails?
Answer
No, SMIME emails are not supported. The content of an SMIME email appears as an attachment to the ticket rather than a comment.

Are there any plans on revisiting this feature? It would be great if ZenDesk could use either manually or SCEP-provisioned S/MIME certificates for at least decryption, if not signing(/encryption).
