Description: Create this smart list in your account to manage the company accounts you own and report on their status. Create this smart list for personal use, or an admin can create this smart list as a template for other users on the account to add to their instance.
How to create the report in Sell
Use the following steps to create the smart list in Sell.
- In Sell, click the Contacts icon () in the sidebar.
- Create a new smart list in the deals Working Center of your Contacts.
Tip: Admins can create smart list templates for other users to add to their account by creating the report in their smart list template settings.
- Click + Field to add the following columns:

- Contact: Add a filter to display only company accounts.
- Ownership: Add a filter to display only companies owned by you.
- Next Task
- Days Since Last Communication
- Prospect Status
- Customer Status
Note: To differentiate between the contacts that have deals associated with them, Sell uses the Prospect and Customer statuses.

- Other fields to consider adding:

- Industry: Add a filter to display only companies in a specific industry and rename your list.
- Add a geography field such as state, country, or zip code to filter based on a timezone or location of an account.
- Add any additional custom field or tag columns to further filter your list.

- Name your smart list and click Save.
