Creating and using smart list templates

    Hi Nova,
    Hi, my issue today involves creating and using smart list templates
    I have created a lead template, and another admin user wants to use my template too.
    She is able to see it under template, but when she selects the template, it doesn't change.
    Then as a test, she select contacts to create a template, but she cannot add, edit or create templates.
    Any ideas?
