Actionable items are tasks or communication activities that require a follow up in Sell, such as email or text messages from a contact or lead that you haven't read yet, or an overdue task.
You can view actionable items from the Working Center, from the Leads, Contacts, and Deals pages, and through any smart lists you’ve created for your leads, contacts, and deals.
To access your actionable items
- On the Sell sidebar, click Leads, Contacts, or Deals.
- Click the Working Center icon ().
The Working Center displays your working list and smart lists. The actionable items, have a red dot.
- To see the actionable items in the working list details, including the types of
items you need to action, hover over your working list.
In the following example, there is an email action, and a task action.
- To add a filter to any smart list to view actionable items see Creating and using smart lists and Creating and using smart list templates.
When you apply the filter, hover over the item to see the type of actionable item for the lead, contact, or deal.
