I can't reset the order of tickets in my view after selecting a column header

Issue symptoms

I selected a column header within my view, and now my tickets appear in a different order. How can I reset the ticket order in my view? Is there a "reset sort order" button?

Resolution steps

View columns have three sortable states to display your tickets: Ascending, descending, and default. Each time you click on a column header it will shift between these three states and change the sort order of your tickets. The column will display the current sort order with the arrow icon next to the column:



If you click on a column, you can revert back to original appearance by clicking the same column header three times total to display the default sort order.
