I want to sort email communication activity across all users, by the time a lead or contact clicked into an email sent from a sales representative in Sell. What are my options?
Answer
In smart lists, no Click date filter option exists. To view the click date, open the individual lead, contact, or deal card.
As an alternative, add a field in a smart list for Days Since Last Communication to sort from recent to oldest communication. Another option is to use the Communication Center instead of a smart list, to view visible communication activity, sorted by date.
