Issue symptoms
When users attempt to sign in on my Zendesk account, they see this error message: Please use one of the options below to sign in.
Resolution steps
This error indicates the user is trying to authenticate using the wrong sign-in option for their user type. This means that the end user is using an authentication method only available to agents, or an agent is trying to use an authentication method only available to end users.
The user must sign in with a method enabled for their user type under Managing security settings in Admin Center. For more information, see the articles:
