Why I am seeing a delay in the creation of voicemail tickets in my account?
When the Transcribe voicemails? setting is enabled for your number, this can sometimes cause a delay in ticket creation. If the voicemail is empty or the transcription system is having a problem making out the content of the voicemail, it will try three times to transcribe the voicemail. This can lead to an approximately 30-minute delay in voicemail creation.
