New attributes added to Support: Tickets dataset:
- Requester phone number - The primary phone number associated with a user’s profile.
- Ticket email address - The support email address where a ticket was first received. See Adding support email addresses for users to submit tickets.

Guide and Gather
New:
- New tools to work with images in content blocks.
- Type ahead filters in Knowledge in the Agent Workspace search.
Fixes:

Zendesk Support iOS Mobile App Version 2.18.3
- Bug fixes and enhancements.
Zendesk Support Android Mobile App Version 2.28.0
- Android 13 enhancements.

App Marketplace
New:
- Education Help Center is the perfect Zendesk Guide theme for basic Help Centers. It features an accordion in Promoted Articles, and everything can be branded and customized without code, making it easier than ever to launch a new Help Center.
Web Widget (Classic & Messaging)
New:
- Messaging - Implement position offset for widget.
Fixed:
- Messaging and Classic - Scrolling, using the trackpad or scroll wheel on a mouse, did not change the input value when the widget is on the page.
- Classic - The upload button did not work on some Android phones.
