Can I send and receive MMS messages with Zendesk Text?

Answer

You can receive inbound MMS messages on US local numbers. Zendesk Text doesn't support outbound MMS messages. For more information, see the article: Getting started with Text.

As a workaround, send outbound MMS images using URL links in the message. 

Note:  Use unique URLs for each image. The spam filters of carriers will likely block generic URLs, like Bitly.
